Terms of Use

These terms apply to games.dangon.co and to nothing else. The other Dangon sites — learn, help, tools and books — are separate services under their own terms. Using this site means you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not use it.

Dangon Games is a free collection of browser games. There is no account, no purchase, no subscription and nothing to install. Every game runs inside your browser tab.

Please do not:

• Interfere with the site, or try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it.
• Scrape, rehost, reframe or redistribute the games as your own.
• Use automated tools to fake scores, or modify the site to misrepresent results.
• Use the site in any way that breaks the law where you are.

There is no chat, no messaging, no profile and no way to upload anything here, so there is no user-generated content to moderate. That is deliberate — see our content policy.

Children are welcome. Games are chosen so the whole catalogue is suitable for a general audience; our content policy sets out what is never allowed here, including sexual content, real-money gambling and graphic violence.

If you are a parent or guardian and something on this site does not sit right with you, email us and we will look at it. Playing needs no personal information, so there is no account for a parent to manage.

The games, artwork, text and code on this site belong to Dangon or are used with permission. You may play them, link to them and tell people about them. You may not copy them onto another site, sell them, or present them as your own work.

Scores, badges and streaks are stored in your browser, not on our servers. We cannot see them, restore them, or move them to another browser or device. Clearing your browser data deletes them for good.

The site is free and provided as-is. We may add games, remove games, or take the site down for maintenance without notice. We do not promise it will always be available.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dangon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this free service, including lost progress or lost time. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The site is operated from the United States.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
