Privacy Policy

games.dangon.co has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask you who you are, and we do not build a profile of you. Your scores and best times are saved in your own browser and never sent to us.

This policy covers games.dangon.co only. The other Dangon sites — learn, help, tools and books — are separate services with their own privacy policies.

Directly from you: nothing. There is no form, no login and no upload on this site.

Automatically, our hosting provider records the ordinary request logs any web server keeps — IP address, time, page requested, browser user-agent — for security and to keep the site running. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine them with anything else.

Games save progress using your browser's local storage. It stays on your device, is readable only by this site, and never reaches our servers. We store:

• Your best score, number of plays and any badge earned, per game.
• Your day streak, if you play on consecutive days.
• Your light/dark theme preference.

Clearing your browser's site data for games.dangon.co erases all of it permanently. Because this data is tied to this site's address, progress here is separate from progress on any other Dangon site.

These games are made for all ages and children play them. We designed the site so that playing requires no personal information at all: no account, no name, no email, no photo, no chat and no way to message another player.

Because we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, there is nothing for a parent to review or delete on our side. Everything a child's play creates lives in the browser on their own device and can be cleared there.

If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information to us, contact us at dango@dangon.co and we will delete it.

This site currently shows no advertising. If we introduce ads, they will be non-personalised and contextual only — chosen from the page they appear on, never from a profile of the person reading it — because children are part of this site's audience. We will not run interest-based or retargeted advertising here.

We will update this policy and this page's date before any ad unit goes live. See our content policy for what may and may not appear on the site.

We do not sell, rent or share personal information, because we do not hold any. We may disclose server logs if we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to investigate abuse of the service.

• Delete everything this site has stored about you by clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings.
• Block local storage entirely in your browser — the games still run, they just will not remember scores.
• Ask us any privacy question by email; we answer every one.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes — for example, turning on advertising — will be described in plain language rather than slipped into a paragraph.
